Social and psychological determination of criminal activities

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce na téma sociální a psychologická determinace trestné činnosti, což je široké téma, na které se dá nahlížet různě. Snažila jsem se shrnout teoretické oblasti, které s daným tématem souvisí. Nejdříve jsem popsala podstatné údaje, obzvláště jsem se věnovala popisu kriminologie. Na kapitolu o kriminologii jsem navázala kapitolou o pachateli. Tato pasáž zahrnuje nejen pojetí pachatele z hlediska práva a psychologie, ale zahrnuje psychologii kriminálního chování, profilovaní pachatele a kriminologické teorie. Kriminologické teorie jsou dnes neplatné. V současnosti víme, že není přímá spojitost mezi trestnou činností a jediným determinantem. Ze sociálního i psychologického hlediska se můžeme setkat s celou řadou možných determinantů. Vliv mají z určitě části i biologické determinanty. Následně jsem zmínila možné dělení pachatelů, jejich typologii a je zde zmínka o mladistvém pachateli. Téma jsem zvolila kvůli mému zájmu o psychologii. Zároveň si myslím, že toto téma je aktuální z mnoha důvodů – hledání případných pachatelů, novelizace zákonů a další.

Abstract:

My thesis topis is social and psychological determination of criminal activities, which is a wide topic, which can be understood differently. I tried to make a summary of teoretical fields in my thesis, which are linked to the topic. First of all I described important data, especially data focused on description of criminology. After chapter about criminology I tied up to chapter about offender. This part consist not only of description of an offender in terms of law and psychology, but also comprise profiling of the offfender and criminological theories. Today are criminological theories no longer valid. Currently, there are no direct connection between criminal act and only one determinant factor. We can see a wide scale of possible determinant factors from social and psychological point of view. Some biological determinant factors have influence too. After that I mentioned possible deviding of an offenders, their typologies and there is a mention about young offenders. I chose this topic, because of my interest in psychology. I also think, that this topic is relevant from many reasons – searching for possible offenders, revision of the law and more.
