Process of adaptation of displaced persons from area of Banat in Rumania to the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato práce, jejíž cílem je zmapovat adaptaci reemigrantů a popsat nejpatrnější změny v tradiční rodině se zaměřuje na české obyvatele z oblasti rumunského Banátu. Text se zabývá problematikou reemigrace a adaptace těch obyvatel, kteří se rozhodli opustit rodné vesnice a začít nový život v České republice. V úvodu práce jsou popsány mé motivy, použité metody a literatura zabývající se tématem Banát. Dále jsou v práci stručně představeny podmínky panující v českých vesnicích, stručný popis historie osidlování, příčiny reemigrace a je zde popsán adaptační a integrační proces. Následující část je zaměřena na problémy, které jsou spojeny s migrací a adaptací nově příchozích reemigrantů. Popsány jsou nejpatrnější změny, kterým byla vystavena rodina navyklá na odlišný způsob života. Závěrečná část pak shrnuje zjištěná data.

Abstract:

This work, which aims to map and describe the adaptation of reemigrants and the most obvious changes in traditional family focuses on the Czech population from the Romanian area Banat. Text desribe reemigration and adaptation among those who decided to leave their native villages and start a new life in the Czech Republic. At the beginning of the work are described my motives, methods used and the literature dealing with the issue of Banat. Furthermore, the work briefly presented the conditions prevailing in the Czech villages, a brief description of the history of settlement, causes reemigrace and described herein adaptation and integration process. The next section focuses on problems associated with migration and adaptation of newcomers reemigrants. Described are the most conspicuous changes that have been exposed a family accustomed to a different way of life. The final section summarizes the observed data.
