Master State Exam Timetabling at FI

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with timetabling of master state exams on Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University. In introduction it explains timetabling problems and methods that are used for solving these problems. Further it describes CPSolver framework that is used by implementation of this thesis. Next part of the thesis is detailed description of the problem and description of methods used for solving this problem. The part of the thesis contains also a comparison of quality of used algorithms with manually created timetables.

Abstract:

Táto práca sa zaoberá rozvrhovaním magisterských štátnych skúšok na Fakulte informatiky Masarykovej univerzity. V úvode je priblížená oblasť rozvrhovacích problémov a používaných metód na ich riešenie. Ďalej je popísaný nástroj CPSolver využitý pri implementácii tejto práce. V ďalšej časti je detailne popísaný riešený problém a popísaný postup pri riešení problému. Súčasťou práce je aj porovnanie kvality použitých algoritmov s ručne vytvorenými rozvrhmi.
