Abstract:
Účelem diplomové práce je co nepřehledněji a zejména nejsrozumitelněji popsat proces spolupráce a koordinace mezi činností stavebního úřadu ve stavebním řízení a činností dotčených orgánů, které zabezpečují zájmy chráněné zvláštními předpisy a které mimo jiné dbají na to, aby konkrétní přijatá řešení byla v souladu s veřejným zájmem.
Abstract:
The involved authorities protect interests in accordance with special legal regulations and generally, they are regulated by Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Procedure Code. Subsidiary regulation is incorporated into the new Construction Act.
