Nákladní letecká přeprava v Kazachstánu - vypracování pozice společnosti Air Astana na kazašském leteckém trhu

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s historií letecké dopravy v Kazachstánu, od jejího vzniku až po současnou infrastrukturu pro zasílatelství, a také představit čtenáře o činnosti kazašské letecké společnosti "Air Astana" a její roli v letecké přepravě zboží v Kazachstánu. Kromě toho analyzovat stabilní vývojové důvody a strategii společnosti Air Astana.Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První teoretická část představuje čtenáře k historickému vývoji letecké dopravy v Republice Kazachstán a mezinárodně, popisující typy leteckých vozidel, základní rozdělení leteckých společností, procesy dodavatelského řetězce letecké přepravy a mezinárodní letecké přepravní organizace.Praktická část je spojena s teoretickými z hlediska letecké dopravy v Kazachstánu a zaměřuje se na analýzu společnosti Air Astana a zahrnuje popis historie společnosti, jejích nákladních služeb a postavení na trhu. Provádím komplexní výzkum společnosti z charakterizace použitých letadlových vozidel, stavu logistických procesů a analýzy finančních a provozních zpráv za uplynulé roky za účelem určení hlavní příčiny stabilního rozvoje společnosti Air Astana. Na základě shromážděných údajů se snaží analyzovat strategii a konkurenceschopnost leteckého dopravce na trhu s leteckou dopravou nejen v Republice Kazachstán, ale i ve světě.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the reader with the history of air transportation in Kazakhstan, from its emergence to the current freight forwarding infrastructure as well as introduce the reader with the operations of the Kazakh airline enterprise “Air Astana” and its role in air freight forwarding in Kazakhstan. Moreover, to analyse the stable development reasons and strategy of Air Astana company. The thesis consists of two parts. The first theoretical part introduces reader to historical development of air transportation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and internationally, describing types of aircraft fleets, basic divisions of airlines, supply chain processes of air freight forwarding and international air transport organizations. The practical part is linked with theoretical in terms of the air transportation in Kazakhstan and focused on the analysis of Air Astana company and includes description of the history of the company, its cargo services and position on the market. I am conducting comprehensive research of company from characterizing the aircraft fleets used, the status of logistics processes and analysis of the financial and operational reports for the past years in order to determine the main cause of the stable development of Air Astana. Based on data collected aim to analyse the strategy and the competitiveness of the air carrier in the air market not only in the Republic of Kazakhstan but also in the world.
