Feature extraction for face recognition system
Abstract:
Práce podává přehled v oblasti extrakce charakteristických vlastností pro systém rozpoznávání obličejů. Jedná se především o odstranění proměnné pózy a osvětlení obličeje. Práce shrnuje historický přehled v této oblasti i současné úspěšné algoritmy s ohledem na jejich použití v praxi. Dále jsou poskytnuty nástroje pro snadnější implementaci těchto algoritmů.
Abstract:
Thesis informs about feature extraction for face recognition system. The main part is elimination of pose and illumination variables. Thesis summarises historical progress in this field and all current successful algorthitms with a view on their usage in practice. There are also presented tools for easier implementation of those algorhitms.
