Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnotovými bázemi, které se běžně v praxi aplikují v rámci ocenění rezidenčních nemovitých věcí. Empirická část práce se skládá z analýzy trhu s rezidenčními nemovitostmi v České republice. Tato část práce slouží k podložení ocenění. This diploma thesis focuses on value basis that are regularly used within the valuation of residential real estates.
