Tato práce se zabývá ochranou obchodního tajemství proti porušování. V první části je podáno stručné pozitivní i negativní vymezení pojmu „obchodní tajemství“. Jádrem práce je výklad o obchodněprávní ochraně obchodního tajemství společně s výkladem o problematice obchodního tajemství v jiných právních odvětvích (v právu pracovním, správním, trestním a ústavním). This thesis focuses on a protection of a trade secret against its violations. The first part deals with a positive and negative definition of a term “trade secret“.
