Bakalářská diplomová práce stručně pojednává o historii vína a vinné révy od počátků její domestikace po ranou dobu byzantskou. Představuje zvyklosti a tradice, které vinnou révu doprovázely napříč starověkým Předním východem, Egyptem a Řeckem. Dále se zaměřuje na objasnění problematiky její domestikace a komplexnosti původu. Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis briefly discusses the history of wine and vines from the beginnings of its domestication to the early Byzantine period. It represents the customs and traditions that accompanied the vines across ancient Near East, Egypt, and Greece. It also aims to clarify the issues of its domestication and complexity of origin.
