Predmetom mojej práce bola cena ako faktor konkurencie v gastronómii. Cieľom bolo potvrdenie alebo vyvrátenie hypotézy stanovenej v úvode tejto práce. Pomocou dotazníka, v ktorom respondenti vyjadrili svoj názor na danú problematiku, som sa dopracovala k vyhodnoteniu momentálnej situácie na trhu služieb pohostinstva, respektíve stravovania.
