Abstract:
Cílem této práce je shrnout a teoreticky zpracovat problematiku metabolického syndromu, se zaměřením na inzulínovou senzitivitu u morbidně obézních pacientů trpících diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Zmíněny jsou také nekonzervativní způsoby léčby těchto patofyziologických stavů a zhodnoceny jejich klady a zápory. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to sumarize and theoretically elaborates the issue of metabolic syndrome, focus on the insulin senzitivity of morbidly obese patiens with type 2 diabetes. There are mentioned the nonconservativ treatment of these pathophysiological conditions, especially at its pros and cons.
