Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu "Dodržování správných postupů při převazu invazivního vstupu - periferní žilní kanyla, formou kontrolního listu u pacientů na lůžkách intenzivní péče." Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části této práce popisuji anatomii cévního řečiště a s ní spojený nejvhodnější výběr periferní žíly k periferní žilní kanylaci, výběr druhu periferní žilní kanyly, její následné zavedení a zhodnocení možných komplikací. Dále se zde zaměřuji na převaz periferní žilní kanyly, zvolení převazového materiálu a další následnou ošetřovatelskou péči. Cílem práce je zařazení hygienicko-epidemiologických zásad spojených s převazem periferní žilní kanyly. Ve výzkumné části se zabývám převazem periferní žilní kanyly na jednotkách intenzivní péče. V této části práce je cílem poukázat na dodržování správných postupů a plnění metodických pokynů u nelékařského personálu spojených s převazem periferní žilní kanyly na oborových jednotkách intenzivní péče. Výzkumná část je hodnocena formou pozorování nelékařského personálu pracujícího na jednotkách intenzivní péče.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the " compliance the right procedure during changing the dressing of invasive access - peripheral intravenous cannula, the form is through control sheet at patients in intensive care unit " The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes anatomy of thoracic vessels and the most convenient choice of a peripheral vein for peripheral venous cannulation that is inevitably connected to the preceding. There are other operations connected to the cannulation such as the choice of a type of a peripheral venous cannula, its subsequent cannulation, and evaluation of possible complications. Furthermore, the author pays attention to bandaging of a peripheral venous cannula, the choice of the bandaging material, and a subsequent nursing care. The aim of the thesis is to include hygienic and epidemiological standards connected to the bandaging of a peripheral venous cannula. In the empirical part, the author focuses on the peripheral venous cannula bandaging at intensive care units. Also, the paper tries to point out the observance of correct procedures and the fulfilment of methodical instructions by the non-medical staff attending to the bandaging of a peripheral venous cannula at departmental intensive care units. The empirical part is assessed by observing the non-medical staff working at the intensive care units.
