Abstract:

V této práci se budu zabývat konfliktem, který představoval na začátku 50. let největší krizi od konce druhé světové války, tedy válkou v Koreji. V tomto konfliktu se utkaly oba mocenské bloky studené války, Spojené státy Americké a Sovětský svaz, který byl zastupován Korejskou lidově demokratickou republikou a Čínskou lidovou republikou. Tuto problematiku jsem si nevybral náhodně, ale z několika prostých důvodů. Nejprve, protože je mnohými považován za zapomenutý. Dále, protože sám vlastním několik fotografií a dopis z roku 1953 z Korejské lidově demokratické republiky, adresované mojí babičce. Cílem této práce je nejprve přiblížit mocenskou situaci před vypuknutím konfliktu, rámcově přiblížit konflikt a poté se podívat a přiblížit účast občanů Československé republiky v samotném konfliktu a dále po příměří, kteří byli nasazeni na korejském poloostrově. V práci bych rád použil zahraniční literaturu, hlavně tedy americkou. Mohu zmínit knihu od Briana Catchpola, která byla přeložena i do češtiny, dále mnohé studie od dr. Piláta a poté i nevydané prameny. Samotné prameny budu procházet v rámci archivů Ministerstva zahraničí, Vojenského ústředního archivu a archivu kanceláře prezidenta republiky. Dále jsou hodnotným pramenem i novinové články, které ale musejí být podrobeny kritice, jelikož se informace ohýbaly podle taktovky komunistické strany.

Abstract:

In this paper I will deal with the conflict, which featured the early 50s the biggest crisis since the end of World War I, War in Korea. In this conflict was fought two power blocs of the Cold War, the United States and the Soviet Union,he was represented by the DPRK and China. This issue is not of my choosingrandomly, but a simple explanation. First, because it is regarded by many as forgotten. Furthermore, because he own a few photos and a letter from 1953 from the DPRK,addressed to my grandmother. The aim of this study is the first to bring the power situation before the outbreak of the conflict, generally closer conflict and then look closer and participation of citizens of the Czechoslovak Republic in the actual conflict and after the armistice, who were deployed on the Korean peninsula. At work, I would like to use foreign literature, ie mainly the US. I mention the book from Brian Catchpole, which has been translated into Czech, as many studies by dr. Pilate then and unpublished sources. Itself I'll go through springs within the archives of the Foreign Ministry, the Central Military Archives and Records Office of the President Republic. There are also a valuable source and newspaper articles, but they must be subject to criticism, as the information bent by the baton of the Communist Party.
