Tato práce se zabývá problematikou určování hranice viability plodu a novorozence v mnoha odlišných oblastech, jako je zdravotnictví, etika, sociologie, ekonomika a právo. This thesis deals with a question of determining the boundary of viability of the fetus and newborn in many different areas such as health care, ethics, sociology, economics and law.
