Abstract:
V první kapitole popisuji základní pojmy s výrazy používané v oceňování nemovitostí. V druhé je popsán katastr nemovitostí a právní vztahy spojené s listem vlastnickým, který je jedním z hlavních dokumentů pro indikaci cen.
