Tématem předkládané práce je nepřímá výměna informací mezi soutěžiteli. Práce je zaměřena na výměnu informací prostřednictvím třetího subjektu, tzv. Hub and spoke kartely. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení a kategorizace různých druhů informací vyměňovaných mezi soutěžiteli a jejich zhodnocení z hlediska narušení hospodářské soutěže. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with indirect information exchange among competitors. The thesis is focused on information exchange through the third party, so-called Hub and spoke cartels. Its aim is to assess and categorize various forms of information exchanged among competitors and to evaluate them from the violation of competition point of view.
