Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je podat ucelený přehled o poskytování právní pomoci žadatelům o mezinárodní ochranu, a to jak ve fázi řízení před správním orgánem, tak ve fázi soudního přezkumu rozhodnutí ve správním soudnictví. The main aim of this thesis is to give a comprehensive overview on providing legal aid to international protection seekers in both administrative proceedings and judicial review of the decision in the matter of international protection.
