Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice ochrany spotřebitele při nakupování na internetu. Cílem je vybrat konkrétní právní úpravu týkající se internetového nakupování a zjistit zejména povinnosti prodávajících a práva kupujících při uplatňování odpovědnosti za vady. This bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection in internet shopping. The aim is to pick the particular legal regulations relating to internet shopping and identify seller duties and buyer rights in liability for defects.
