Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Nalézací a vykonávací řízení“ se snaží objasnit postup obou řízení a zaměřuje se na pochopení celého procesu s uvedením několika příkladů pro lepší vysvětlení legislativy. Doporučení, která z této práce vyplývají, se vztahují zejména k novele Občanského soudního řádu a jsou obsažena v závěru.Abstract:
Bachelor thesis´ „Discovering and Executing System“ seeks to clarify the procedure of both proceedings and specialise on understanding of whole process of showing a few examples to explain better the legislation. The recommendations, which stem from this bachelor thesis´, related primarily to the amendment of Civil Procedure Act and are included in conclusion.
