Bakalářská práce se zabývá novelizací zákona o vinohradnictví a vinařství zákonem č. 26/2017 Sb a jejími dopady na obchodní činnost podniků ve vinařství v České republice. V práci jsou podrobněji rozebrány oblasti, do kterých novela nejvíce zasahuje, tj. podmínky prodeje sudového vína, označování vína a falšování vína. This bachelor thesis deals with the amendment to the Wine Law of Act no. 26/2017 Sb. and its influence on the business activity of Viticulture Enterprises in the Czech Republic.
