V této práci se zabývám autorským právem na internetu. V první části se věnuji historii internetu, je zde stručně popsán jeho vznik a vývoj až do dnešní podoby. Zabývám se zde také jeho právní povahou a jeho znaky. Jedná se o základy, které jsou důležité k chápání dalšího obsahu práce.
