Abstract:
Anotace : Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ženský fotbalový tým 1. FC Slovácko. Popisuje průběh kondičně-teambuildingového soustředění, zpracovává a hodnotí výsledky z jednotlivých tréninků, pohybových i méně pohybových aktivit. Pomocí získaných hodnot je zjišťována úroveň připravenosti a kondice hráček, ale taky psychická odolnost a jednotlivé týmové role.
Abstract:
Annotation: The purpose of this bachelor work was to focus on the Women football team – 1. FC Slovácko. It describes the course of the team building training camp, processes and evaluates both physical and non-physical activities. Having obtained these results then psychological resistance, physical condition, level of readiness and individual team roles are defined.
