Bakalářská práce se v úvodu teoretické části zabývá jednotlivými metodami oceňování a legislativní úpravou. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení vlivu okolní zástavby na tržní hodnotu v prostředí městské části Smíchov, Praha 5. Důležitou součástí práce je srovnání podobných nemovitostí v této městské části. The Bachelor's thesis deals with various valuation methodologies and legislative regulations at the begining of theoretical part. Main aim of the thesis is evaluate the influence of surrounding development on the market value in the district Smíchov, Prague 5.
