Setting a minimum number of workers in the intervention group departure medical emergency services - (the team determine the number of workers for different types of interventions)

Abstract:

Stále se zdokonalujícím Integrovaným záchranným systémem zvyšujeme snahu o odvrácení situací zapříčiněných neustále se zvyšujícími nároky společnosti. Na prvním místě pak stojí snaha o zabránění narůstajících úrazových postižení bezprostředně ohrožujících život obyvatel. Ta stále nabývají na síle a stávají se závažnějšími. Pro demonstraci jsem si zvolil polytrauma, jakožto úrazové postižení, jež řadíme k těm nejtěžším, jelikož způsobují stále větší ztráty na lidských životech. Podmíněnou nutností je rozvoj přednemocniční odborné zdravotnické péče, kterou zajišťuje nepřehlédnutelná součást Integrovaného záchranného systému tedy Zdravotnická záchranná služba. Její rozdělení do krajů, územních odborů až výjezdových skupin zajišťuje dosah okamžité odborné pomoci po celém území České republiky. Za vhodný příklad považuji Územní středisko záchranné služby Moravskoslezského kraje rozvíjejícího Zdravotnickou záchrannou službu a její vzájemnou spolupráci s ostatními složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému.

Abstract:

By the still improving Integrated rescue system we intensify the effort to avert the situations which are caused by ever-increasing demands of society. On the first place, there is the effort to forestall the increasing accident disabilities which directly threaten the life of people. They still gain strength and become more serious. When we speak of accidents, we can not mention polytrauma as an accident disability which we sort to the most serious because it causes an increasing amount of the losses of the human life. The conditioned necessity is the development of the urgent professional medical care, which is ensured by the important part of the Integrated Rescue System then the Medical Rescue Service. Its dividing into the regions, territorial division up to departure groups ensures the reach of an immediate expert assistance throughout the territory of the Czech Republic. As an appropriate example I consider the Regional Center emergency service of the Moravian-Silesian Region which develops The Medical Rescue Service and its mutual cooperation with other components of the Integrated Rescue System.
