Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část přibližuje dosavadní poznatky k tématu, a proto se v ní zabýváme anatomií dolní končetiny, problematikou plochých nohou, všeobecnýcmi příčinami a léčbou. Poté se v kapitole věnujeme ortopedickým vadám a hodnotícím metodám. Praktickou část tvoří výzkum dospívajících studentů. Pro výzkum byla zvolena jednoduchá metoda "ferrokyanidová". Touto cestou vznikly plantogramy, které jsme poté hodnotily indexovou metodou Chippauxe a Šmiřáka. Snahou bylo přispět k problematice oslabení pohybového systému se zaměřením na plochonoží.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part concerns recent knowledge of the topic and that's why it deals with the anatomy of lower limb, flat-foot matters, general causes and treatment. Then the chapter deals with the orthopedic defects and rating methods. The practical part is concerned with the research of the adolescent students. The "ferrocyanide method" was chosen for the research. By this way, the planthograms were set in and then we were rand with the index method of Chippaux and Šmiřák.Our effort was to contribute to the problems of motional system debilitation with the emphasis on the flat-feet.
