Předmětem této práce je analýza současného procesu vyhledávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem teoretické části je shrnutí možných procesů vyhledávání, výběru a přijímaní pracovníků. V aplikační části je pak porovnán současný stav vyhledávání, výběru, přijímaní a adaptace nových zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti.
