Preparation and Attempt to Commit a Crime
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojovými stadii trestné činnosti, především však přípravou a pokusem trestného činu a otázkami s těmito instituty souvisejícími, a to ve světle současné právní úpravy a soudní judikatury. Není opomenut ani historický vývoj přípravy a pokusu trestného činu na našem území.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with development stages of crimminality, first of all follows the preparation and attempt to delict. The diploma thesis also attempts at answering related questions. Within the diploma thesis the following features have been worked out by legal regulations and judicature.
