Abstract:
Práce se věnuje vyhodnocení ekonomického přínosu z pronájmu čerpací stanice. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda podnikání v této oblasti je profitabilní či nikoliv. Teoretická část shrnuje podnikání pod franchisingovou smlouvou a petrolejářské prostřední v České republice. Praktická část popisuje vybranou čerpací stanici, dále podmínky franchisingové smlouvy a v závěru hodnotí ekonomickou stránku pronájmu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the evaluation of economic benefit of renting a filling station. The aim was to determine whether the business in this area is profitable or not. The theoretical part summarizes the business under a franchise agreement and petroleum sector in the Czech Republic.
