Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právní interpretaci, jednu z nejdůležitějších praktických právních disciplín. Konkrétně se zabývá výkladem mezinárodních smluv ve srovnání s výkladem vnitrostátního práva z hlediska aplikovaných principů.
