Performance Indicators Setting for the Strategic Controlling in the Firm

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení soustavy indikátorů výkonnosti pro strategický controlling ve firmě AL-KO KOBER spol. s r. o. Jedná se o dceřinou společnost patřící do koncernu AL-KO KOBER, jejíž mateřskou společností je AL-KO KOBER AG se sídlem v Německu. Firma se zabývá nákupem a prodejem zboží ve dvou oblastech podnikání ? v zahradní technice adílech pro stavbu přívěsných vozíků, tedy v nápravách. Firma má malou výrobu, kde montuje část prodávaných náprav. Úvodní kapitola práce představuje společnost AL-KO KOBER spol. s r. o., její historii a současnou situaci a je zde analyzována výkonnost zvolené firmy mezi léty 2007 až 2011. Na základě formulované vize, strategických cílů a analýzy podnikatelského prostředí je sestavena realistická varianta finančního plánu. Následuje analýza rizik společnosti, stanovení klíčových rizikových faktorů a zpracování strategických scénářů. Dále je provedena revize stanovených strategických cílů při nejpravděpodobnějším scénáři a jsou identifikovány tzv. planning gaps neboli odchylky od plánu. V další části jsou vyvozeny klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti astrategie rozpracována do akčních plánů. Poslední část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vymezení indikátorů pro potřeby strategického controllingu, sestavena je procesní mapa společnosti. Následně jsou stanovené indikátory přiřazeny jednotlivým procesům a jsou vymezeny předpoklady pro naplnění operativního controllingu ve firmě.

Abstract:

Here present thesis is focused on the determination of the system of performance indicators for the strategic controlling in the company AL-KO KOBER Ltd. It is a subsidiary that belongs to the group AL-KO KOBER, whose parent company is AL-KO KOBER AG with headquarters in Germany. This company is engaged in purchase and sale of goods in two business fields ? in gardening equipment and the parts needed for the construction of trailers, it means in axles. The company has a small manufacture, where the part of sold axles are put together. The introduction of this thesis presents the company AL-KO KOBER, its history and the actual situation and there is also analysed the performance of this company between the years 2007 and 2011. On the basis of the formulated vision, strategic goals and the analysis of the business area there is formed realistic option of the financial plan. Further there is analysis of the company risks, determination of the key risk factors and processing of the strategic scenarios. Then there is revision of the determined strategic goals in the most probable scenário and there are identified so called planning gaps or differences from the plan. In the next part there are deduced the key performance indicators and the strategy worked out in the plans of actions. The last part of the thesis is focused on the determination of the indicators for needs of the strategic controlling, there is set up the process map of the company. Then the determined indicators are matched with the individual processes and there are defined the preconditions for the fulfilling of the operative controlling in the company.
