Abstract:
Práce se zabývá látkovou závislostí k amfetaminovým stimulanciím (metamfetamin a extáze) v animálních modelech. Důraz je kladen na zjištění mezipohlavních rozdílů v reaktivitě na návykové látky a rozvoji fenoménu behaviorální senzitizace, která je charakterizována zvyšující se reakcí organizmu na opakované podání drogy. Abstract:
The dissertation is focused on the study of psychostimulant addiction (methamphetamine and ecstasy) in rodent models. The main aim is to detect gender differences in reactivity to the drug of abuse and development of behavioural sensitization, which is characterizes by increasing behavioural reaction to the drug after repeated administration.
