Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a provedením úprav na radarovém FMCW senzoru SHD1 podle požadavků zadání. Pro jejich splnění bylo především nutno zvýšit vysílaný výkon a upravit modulaci signálu. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsán princip radarů a funkce FMCW radaru s možnými lineárními modulacemi. Dále je zde uveden popis konkrétního řešení senzoru SHD1, analýza jeho parametrů a návrh úprav. Pro zvýšení vysílaného výkonu senzoru bylo potřeba do vysílací trasy vložit Blok zesilovačů. Zvýšení maximálního dosahu vyžadovalo zmenšit šířku rozmítání kmitočtu radaru. V souvislosti s novým obvodem bylo nutno provést také úpravy napájecího obvodu radaru. V práci je popsán návrh Bloku zesilovačů, metody a výsledky měření tohoto obvodu a měření vlastností původního a upraveného senzoru.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with a design and realization of FMCW radar sensor SHD1 adaptations according to the assigned requirements. To fulfil these requirements it was necessary to enhance the transmitted power and fit the frequency modulation. In the theoretical part of the thesis is described radar principles and a FMCW radar function including the possible modulations are treated. Also a structure of the particular radar sensor SHD1 is described its parameters are analyzed and needed changes are presented. To raise the transmitted power an Amplifier unit was inserted into the transmitting path of the radar and to fit the longer maximum range the frequency modulation swing was reduced. Some changes in the radar supply unit were also necessary due to the new block insertion. In the thesis the design of the Amplifier unit is described in details. Measurement methods of this unit and of the whole sensor before and after the adaptation are presented together with the obtained experimental results.
