Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o manažerský stylech a jejich vlivu na motivaci zaměstnanců. V první kapitole se práce zabývá především všeobecným pojetím, kdo je manažer. Dále práce probírá celkový přehled manažerských stylů, jejich rozdělení a podstatu. V praktické části práce se nachází dotazníková část ke zjištění dopadů jednotlivých stylů na motivaci pracovníků.
