Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem HR business partnerství, se kterým poprvé přišel David Ulrich tím, že definoval 4 role HR business partnera – strategický partner, agent změny, bojovník za pracovníky a administrativní expert. V teoretické části práce je tento koncept představen metodou kompilace a rešerše odborné literatury. Praktická část je věnována kvalitativní analýze jednotlivých rolí HR business partnera ve společnosti Nestlé Česko s.r.o., která je provedena na základě rozhovorů s HR business partnery a konzultací s HR specialisty společnosti Nestlé Česko s.r.o. a využitím intranetu a dalších interních zdrojů společnosti. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat koncept HR business partnerství ve společnosti Nestlé Česko s.r.o. prostřednictvím dílčích cílů, které odpovídají jednotlivým rolím HR business partnera. Závěrem práce je porovnání Ulrichova teoretického konceptu HR business partnerství s jeho praktickým fungováním v Nestlé Česko s.r.o.

Abstract:

The Master´s Thesis focuses on the concept of HR business partnership, which was introduced for the first time by David Ulrich’s definition of 4 roles of HR business partner – strategic partner, change agent, employee champion and administrative expert. This concept is introduced in the theoretical part of the thesis with the use of compilation method and literature search. Practical part is dedicated to a qualitative analysis of each HR business partner´s role in Nestlé Česko s.r.o. company based on interview with HR business partners and consultations with HR specialists of Nestlé Česko s.r.o., the company's intranet and other internal sources. The goal of the thesis is to describe and analyze the concept of HR business partnership in Nestlé Česko s.r.o. through individual goals that correspond to the individual roles of the HR business partner. The conclusion of the thesis is a comparison of Ulrich's theoretical concept of HR business partnership with its practical functioning in Nestlé Česko s.r.o.
