Influence of surroundings on a specific company

Abstract:

Tématem předložené práce je Vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Cíli této práce jsou analyzovat a zhodnotit jednotlivé vlivy okolí společnosti MOŽNOSTI TU JSOU o.p.s., teoreticky vymezit problematiku okolí podniku a doporučit opatření pro zlepšení ekonomické situace této společnosti. První část práce je zaměřena teoreticky. Je zde definováno okolí podniku, jeho prvky a členění. Dále je zde popsána strategická analýza okolí podniku. V druhé, prakticky zaměřené části práce je charakterizován vybraný podnik. Dále se tato část práce zaměřuje na strategickou analýzu okolí této společnosti, která se skládá z několika dílčích analýz, konkrétně z interní analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil a PEST analýzy. Shrnutím této analýzy je SWOT analýza, ze které vyplývají silné a slabé stránky podniku, ale také jeho příležitosti a hrozby. Na základě toho jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is The influence of surroundings on a specific company. The intentions of this thesis are to analyze and evaluate the various effects on surroundings of the company MOŽNOSTI TU JSOU o.p.s., theoretically define issues of the company's surroundings and recommend disposals to improve the economic situation of a company. The first part of this work is theoretical where surroundings, elements and division of the company are defined. Further, the strategic analysis of company's surroundings is described. The selected company is characterized in the second practical part of this thesis. This practical chapter is aimed on strategic analysis of this company's surroundings which consists of several sub-sections like internal analysis, Porter's five forces model and PEST analysis. The summary of this analysis is SWOT analysis, where strengths and weaknesses of the company are defined as well as its opportunities and threats. Based on the analysis the recommendations to improve economic situation of company are suggested.
