Šedesátá léta dvacátého století jsou významným přínosem pro kulturu a umění obecně. Cílem této práce je poskytnout komplexní informace o hnutí s označením nová vlna, se zaměřením na Čechy a Francii a na konkrétní rozbory snímků vznikajících v tomto období a v těchto zemích.
