Abstract:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem motivace na fluktuaci operátorů call centra, přičemž jako hlavní motivační prvek je bráno v potaz podnikové vzdělávání. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část vysvětluje problematiku fluktuace a její úskalí. Věnuje se tématu motivace, jako cestě ke snížení vysoké fluktuace v podniku. Za významný motivační nástroj je v tomto směru považováno podnikové vzdělávání, kterému je věnována jedna z kapitol. V rámci teoretické části je také přiblíženo fungování call centra a specifická práce v něm. Empirická část nejprve seznamuje se základními informacemi o podniku, v němž byl výzkum realizován. Poté prezentuje výzkumnou metodologii a následně jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření. Cílem realizovaného výzkumu bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje podnikové vzdělávání jako motivační prvek, fluktuaci operátorů call centra a na základě výpovědí respondentů navrhnout doporučení, která mohou vést ke snížení fluktuace v podniku.

Abstract:

Master's thesis (dissertation) deals with the influence of motivation on the fluctuation of call center operators and as the major motivational element is taken into account the company education. This dissertation is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part explains the fluctuation problems and its pitfalls. It devotes to the motivation theme, as the way to reduction the high fluctuation in a company. As an important motivational tool in this context is considered the company education, which is included in one of the chapters. Within the theoretical part is approached the operation of the call center and the specific work in it.The empirical part at first apprises with the basic information about the company in which was the research realised. Then it presents the research methodology and subsequently there are interpreted the research results.The aim of the realised research was find out in which way the company education as a motivational element affects the fluctuation of call center operators and on the basis respondents statement suggest the recommendation which can reduce the fluctuation in the company.
