Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou topografie povrchů materiálů s využitím otevřeného softwaru Gwyddion. Cílem práce je import, zpracování, vizualizace a kvantitativní vyhodnocení dat získaných z měření povrchů vybraných vzorků, které byly řezány laserovou technologií a změřeny optickým profilometrem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody stanovení výškových, podélných a tvarových parametrů profilů a amplitudových, prostorových nebo hybridních parametrů topografie, včetně statistického zpracování dat a krátkého úvodu k softwaru Gwyddion. Aplikační část se zaměřuje na zpracování změřených dat na šesti vybraných vzorcích, na nichž byly provedeny korekce a filtrace dat, výpočet 2D a 3D parametrů, vytvoření 2D a 3D vizualizace povrchů před i po úpravě dat, na analýzu průběhů 1D autokorelačních funkcí a spektrálních charakteristik. Výsledky ukazují, že software Gwyddion umožňuje detailní popis povrchových vlastností a je vhodný k efektivnímu porovnávání různých technologických parametrů řezání.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the comprehensive analysis of material surface topography using the open-source software Gwyddion. The aim of the thesis is the import, processing, visualization, and quantitative evaluation of data obtained from surface measurements of selected samples, which were cut using laser technology and measured with an optical profilometer. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an application part. The theoretical part describes methods for determining height, longitudinal, and shape parameters of surface profiles, as well as amplitude, spatial, and hybrid parameters of surface topography, including statistical data processing and a brief introduction to the Gwyddion software. The application part focuses on the processing of measured data from six selected samples, including data correction and filtering, calculation of 2D and 3D parameters, creation of 2D and 3D visualizations of surfaces before and after data processing, and analysis of 1D autocorrelation functions and spectral characteristics. The results show that Gwyddion enables detailed characterization of surface properties and is suitable for the effective comparison of different laser cutting parameters.
