Abstract:
Understanding the genetic basis of reproductive isolation is the ultimate goal of the studies of speciation. We studied gene flow and its barriers at both autosomal and X-linked markers across the central European portion of the hybrid zone between two house mouse subspecies, Mus musculus musculus and M. m. domesticus.
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem prací zabývajících se speciací je porozumění genetickému základu reprodukčních izolací. V této práci jsme se zabývali tokem genů a jeho bariérami u autozomálních i X-vázaných molekulárních znaků ve středoevropské části hybridní zóny myši domácí(poddruhy Mus musculus musculus and M. m. domesticus)
