Qualitative study of problems for elliptic (possibly also parabolic) equations with measure data - solvability, bifurcation, approximation of solutions

Abstract:

This work concerns the solvability of the semi-linear elliptic partial differential equations at resonance with measure data in the very weak sense, i.e., the solution is an element of the space L^1(D). Particularly, we assume D to be a bounded domain in R^N with C^2 boundary, non-linearity g to be a continuous function with restricted rate of growth (bounded or sub-linear) and the source term to be a bounded real Radon measure on D. To the best of the author's knowledge, the original contributions to the topic are: the solvability of the linear version of problem out of resonance for the dimension N = 2, the Fredholm alternative for the Laplace's operator with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions in the very weak sense and the solvability of the semi-linear problem out of and at resonance. The latter is obtained through posing conditions of Landesman-Lazer type on the source Radon measure.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá řešitelností semilineárních eliptických parciálních diferenciálních rovnic v resonanci s mírou na pravé straně. Řešení uvažujeme ve velmi slabém smyslu (tedy řešení z prostoru L^1(D)). Kokrétně předpokádáme, že D je omezená oblast v R^N s hranicí třídy C^2, nelineární člen g je spojitá funkce s omezeným růstem (g je omezená nebo má sublineární růst) a zdrojový člen je omezená Radonova míra. Podle autorova nejlepšího vědomí, originálními výsledky práce jsou důkazy řešitelnosti lineární verze problému mimo resonanci v dimenzi N=2, Fredholmovy alternativy pro Laplaceův operátor s homogeními Dirichletovými okrajovými podmínkami ve velmi slabém smyslu a řešitelnosti semilineárního problém mimo a v resonanci. Poslední výsledek byl dosažen díky formulování Landesman-Lazerových podmínek pro zdrojový člen - Radonovu míru na pravé straně.
