Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „ Evropská dluhová krize a euro, příčiny a východiska „ je analýza příčin vzniku evropské dluhové krize , popis důsledků krize na postavení eura a mezinárodním trhu z a současně zhodnocení reakcí a opatření EU. Dále na základě získaných výsledků a přijatých opatření vyhodnotit aktuální situaci v zemí Eurozóny. První část, která se bude věnovat definici a popisu finančních krizí, veřejného dluhu a ratingu, vymezuje základní typy finančních krizí. Druhá část analyzuje příčiny vzniku dluhové krize a její průběh v zemích Evropské unie a v zemích PIIGS. Třetí část je věnována problematice eura, jeho postavení na světovém trhu a výhody, které přináší jako jednotné evropské platidlo. Dvě závěrečné kapitoly popisují kroky a opatření přijatá proti krizi, která zabraňují dluhové krizi a analyzují současný vývoj zemí PIGS. Výsledkem práce bude návrh možných preventivních opatření, která mohly krizi eurozóny předejít.

Abstract:

The aim of submitted thesis „European debt crisis and euro, reasons and possible solutions „ is to analyse the causes of the European debt crisis, description of the effects of the crisis on the position of the euro and the international market, and at the same time evaluation of responses and actions of European union. Furthermore, on the basis of the results obtained and the measures taken, to assess the current situation in the Eurozone. The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter One is introductory and defines financial crisis, public debt and rating, the basic types of financial crises. Chapter Two analyze the causes of the debt crisis and its course in the European Union and the PIGS countries. Chapter Three focuses on the issue of the euro, its position in the world, and the benefits of a single European currency. The two final chapters describe the steps and measures that taken against the crisis that prevent debt crisis and analyse the current development of PIIGS. The main aim of the thesis is to proposal for the possible preventive measures that could have prevented the eurozone crisis.
