Allenyloxím ako nový prekurzor pre syntézu stabilných cyklických nitrónov

Allenyloxime - A New Source of Stable Cyclic Nitrones
Abstract:
The presented Thesis is focused on the chemistry of allenyloximes and their application in synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds. Several new allenyloxime derivatives were synthesized and tested at various cyclization conditions. Most of the reactions led to stable 5-membered cyclic nitrones, which were isolated and fully characterized.
Abstract:
Predkladaná práca je zameraná do oblasti chémie allenyloxímov a ich aplikácie v syntéze nových heterocyklických zlúčenín. Bolo pripravených niekoľko nových typov derivátov allenyloxímov, ktoré boli podrobené rôznym cyklizačným podmienkam. Väčšina reakcií vedie k stabilným 5-členným cyklickým nitrónom, ktoré boli izolované a plne charakterizované.
