Cieľom bakalárskej práce je hodnotenie úrovne poskytovaných služieb v kúpeľnom hoteli. V teoretickej časti vymedzuje základné pojmy cestovného ruchu ako sú cestovný ruch, hotelierstvo, kúpeľný cestovný ruch a komplex ich služieb.
