Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza příčin deformací odlitku při tepelném zpracování a návrh opatření k jejich snížení. Jedná se o tenkostěnný odlitek strukturálního dílu z hliníkové slitiny AlSi10MgMn, na který je pro dosažení požadovaných mechanických vlastností aplikováno tepelné zpracování T6. Během různých částí výrobního procesu v odlitku vznikají vnitřní napětí nebo přímo jeho deformace. Cílem této práce je provést komplexní analýzu příčin vzniku deformací a navrhnout opatření k jejich snížení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a experimentální část. Teoretická část popisuje rozdělení hliníkových slitin, jejich tepelné zpracování, technologii vysokotlakého lití a zbytková napětí. V experimentální části je popsán proces tepelného zpracování odlitků, měření jejich deformací a analýza stávajícího stavu deformací. V rámci této práce byl sledován vliv rychlosti ohřevu, zachlazení a zbytkových napětí po odlití. Na základě naměřených výsledků byla navržena opatření ke snížení vzniku deformací.

Abstract:

The topic of this master thesis is the analysis of the causes of casting distortion during heat treatment and the proposal of solutions to reduce them. It is a thin casting of a structural part made of aluminum alloy AlSi10MgMn, to which the T6 heat treatment is applied to achieve the required mechanical properties. During various phases of the production process, internal stresses or distortion occur in the casting. The aim of this work is to perform a comprehensive analysis of the causes of deformations and propose measures to reduce them. The work is divided into a theoretical and an experimental part. The theoretical part describes the partition of aluminum alloys, their heat treatment, high-pressure die casting technology and residual stress. The experimental part describes the process of heat treatment of castings, measurement of their deformations and analysis of the current state of distortion. Futher was monitored the influence of heating rate, cooling and residual stress after casting. Based on measured results were proposed solutions to reduce deformations.
