Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať pojem bankový marketing a jeho vplyvy na našom bankovom trhu. Práca je rozdelená na 4 kapitoly, v ktorých je podrobne analyzovaná a charakterizovaná konkrétna oblasť marketingu a jeho problematika.
