Antiedema therapy of vascular diseases of lower limbs

Abstract:

Onemocnění cév dolních končetin patří mezi velmi častá onemocnění, která významným způsobem ovlivňují životní pohodu a podílejí se na celkové nemocnosti a pracovní neschopnosti. Mezi nejčastější choroby postihující cévní a lymfatický systém DK patří ICHDK, varixy a chronická žilní insuficience DK. Příčinou ICHDK je ateroskleróza, která je společným etiologickým faktorem i pro další onemocnění - ICHS a CMP. Na jejím rozvoji se kromě genetických faktorů podílí především špatný životní styl - obezita, malá pohybová aktivita, nadměrný příjem potravy, diabetes mellitus I. a II. typu a hypertenze. Chronická žilní insuficience DK (CHŽI) je civilizační onemocnění postihující žilní systém dolních končetin. Příznaky CHŽI trpí více než 50 % západní populace. Nejčastějším klinickým projevem CHŽI jsou varixy. Pro diagnostiku cévních onemocnění DK se používají metody klinických vyšetření, laboratorních testů, fyzikálních vyšetření, vyšetření instrumentální a další pomocné testy. Terapie onemocnění cév DK je dlouhodobá. Používají se metody chirurgické a farmakologické. Významné místo v terapii cévních onemocnění DK zaujímají metody rehabilitační. Zejména kompresivní terapie v kombinaci se cvičením, cévní gymnastika, intervalový trénink a vakuově-kompresivní terapie.

Abstract:

Diseases of vessels of lower limbs are among the most common diseases that significantly affect well-being and contribute to general illness and incapacity for work. The most common diseases affecting the vascular and lymphatic system of lower limbs include lower limb ischemia, varices and chronic venous insufficiency of lower limbs. The cause of lower limb ischemia is atherosclerosis, which is common etiological factor for other diseases - ischemic heart disease and stroke. In addition to genetic factors, its development is mainly due to a bad lifestyle - obesity, low physical activity, excessive food intake, diabetes mellitus I. and II. type and hypertension. Chronic venous insufficiency of lower limbs is a disease of civilization affecting the venous system of the lower limbs. More than 50% of western population suffers from its symptoms. The most common clinical manifestation of lower limb ischemia is varices. Methods of clinical examinations, laboratory tests, physical examinations, instrumental examinations and other additional tests are used for the diagnosis of vascular diseases of lower limbs. The treatment of vascular diseases of lower limbs is long-term. Surgical and pharmacological methods are used. Rehabilitation methods occupy an important place in the treatment of vascular diseases of lower limbs, especially compression therapy in combination with exercise, vascular gymnastics, interval training and vacuum-compression therapy.
