Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje nejčastěji využívané molekulárně diagnostické metody u mnohočetného myelomu. Práce obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku mnohočetného myelomu, nejčastější cytogenetické nálezy a molekulárně diagnostické metody u mnohočetného myelomu.
Abstract:
We focus on the most commonly used molecular diagnostic methods in multiple myeloma. The thesis contains a general characterization of multiple myeloma, the most common chromosomal aberrations and molecular diagnostic methods in multiple myeloma.
