Práce se zabývá problematikou brownfields. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem brownfields, historie vzniku těchto areálů v rámci ČR a jejich následná typologie dle funkce, kontaminace, velikosti ad. V návaznosti na tyto kapitoly je popsán negativní vliv brownfieldů na jejich okolí a instituce, které se zaobírají jejich obnovou. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of brownfields. The theoretical part defines the concept of brownfields, their history in the Czech Republic and their typology according to their function, contamination, size, etc. Following these chapters, a description is provided of the negative impact of brownfields on their surroundings and institutions dealing with their renovation.
