Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá nekrózou jasanu způsobenou voskovičkou jasanovou Hymenoscyphus fraxineus (T. Kowalski) Baral, Queloz, Hosoya a jeho působení na polesí Tvrdonice. V práci je stručně shrnuto dosavadní poznání o této chorobě, dále informace o jasanu úzkolistém a o polesí Tvrdonice, které je součástí lužních lesů na jižní Moravě. Byla analyzována nahodilá těžba jasanu na polesí Tvrdonice od dob zavlečení nekrózy na území Evropy, dále zhodnocení zdravotního stavu jasanu ve vybraných porostů na území polesí Tvrdonice pomocí habituální diagnostiky dle Rozsypálka (Rozsypálek 2015). V neposlední řadě byla zjištěna proměnlivost druhové skladby lužních lesů jižní Moravy. Z výsledků je patrné silné ohrožení jasanu na polesí Tvrdonice a zvyšování podílu především dubu letního na úkor právě jasanu úzkolistého. Dále byl zjištěn vysoký nárust nahodilých těžeb způsobených zavlečením a rozšířením nekrózy jasanu v České republice.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on ash dieback caused by the fungal pathogen Hymenoscyphus fraxineus (T. Kowalski) Baral, Queloz, Hosoya and its effect on the Tvrdonice forest. The thesis briefly summarizes the existing knowledge about this disease, as well as information about the narrow-leaved ash and the Tvrdonice forest, which is part of the floodplain forests in southern Moravia. The salvage cutting of ash in the Tvrdonice forest since the introduction of the Ash dieback in Europe was analysed, the health status of ash in selected stands in the Tvrdonice forest was asessed accordiung of Rozsypálek (Rozsypálek 2015) and last but not least, the variability of the species composition of the floodplain forests of southern Moravia was determined. The results show a strong threat to the ash tree in the Tvrdonice forest and an increase in the proportion of the pedunculate oak at the expense of the narrow-leaved ash. Furthermore, a high increase of salvage cutting caused by the introduction and spread of ash necrosis in the Czech Republic was found.
