Práce se zabývá převodem podílů ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Prostřednictvím rozboru právní úpravy je zkoumán jak převod uvnitř společnosti, tak převod na osobu, která není společníkem. Cílem práce je určit nejasnosti, které mohou při aplikaci tohoto nástroje nastat zejména v souvislosti s dispozitivní či kogentní povahou dotčených ustanovení. The thesis deals with transfer of shares of the Limited Liability Company. The subject of research is transfer of shares to the member of the company and also transfer of shares to entity which isnʼt member.
